Letter to the Justice Struggle, Marchers, Activists, Ethos of America

I see all the work, all the people in America moving.

I see all the compassion and want for Peace and a Better Community and the want to up hold Honor and this nations true calling, "All persons are created equal"

"Now is the Time!"

#Justice #summer2015 #MarchOn #AllLivesMatter #BlackLivesMattter #SelmaMarchers #MyBrothersKeeper #Selma2015 #TheEyeofTHOR #PeaceUpExodusVIII

A high calling of American Ethos that reached every corner of America, and it ended with a March on Washington… No it ended with Dr. Martin Luther King's Death. Let us be honest about that, all America broke down after that, Riots, broken communities that did not rebuild for 10 years, causing another great rift. The work he was about to finish, as all America's "Voice" was never done, racism, poverty, mass consumerism, the wealth gap, the human gap.

 Then:

We rebuilt slowly on the new ground King laid his dream his words beating in the heart of every American "Alive" waiting, in every Child who listened to his speech in class, in every little white and black girl and boy brown and yellow there was HOPE! A hope never seen before.

We rebuilt, and the corner stone he planted in the "Good Earth" of American truth grew.

We shared as the 70's came, Ebony and Ivory, Black is beautiful, White is beautiful.

We laughed at Sammy Davis, Richard Pryor, and all the true ethos was played on the air, John Lennon, Imagine,, So time broke us up.

We have been put against each other, and it is sad, for Each Person supporting each Cause above from even my Brothers and Sisters taking down the Confederate Flag in Civil disobedience, to my brother and sisters riding for the right to the Honor of the Flag. I will tell you both sides have blown their top about civil rights and racism, Yes both sides. There is HONOR at stake and both sides have an ethos of humanity  reason for their actions.

I say this simple that THEY ALL, WE ALL want a better America.

I also say this. "If each person left their home "'Marched' 'Rode' 'Spoke' 'Face book posted', with respect and an over whelming need to find peace and not yell at one another..

We could do about anything together.

"A Dream can Change Everything"

"Now is the time"

Time to be polite, overtly civil, let your voice of Peace be heard. Support everyone who doesn't bring hate but brings Honor to those words above, and those of the past. Doctor KING "“Oppressed people cannot remain oppressed forever. The urge for freedom will eventually come” This is a quote from Martin Luther King Junior’s “Letter from the Birmingham Jail”; his words were like thunder across a stormy sky daring our humanity not to listen. The legacy he left, a reminder to the community, too always do what is just no-matter how off the society and his idea conflicted at the time. The booming references to the solidarity in an oppressed people who are in the action phase of their non-violent issue pushes forth a raw ethos in Dr. King’s letter.  The struggle he is in the midst of is one that has become rife for change, and one of which he has become the chosen leader thereof. Dr. King’s investment and loyalty in his work was reflected in the steadfastness of his spirituality and compassion for his fellow man. Ending in his death; I bet you he was smiling and cursing.  I too have aspired to be a voice for those in our community, my brothers and sisters who have kept silent during their time, a message from beyond the  grave for some, the telling of their suffering in a chaotic world labeled, pursued, attacked, and buried every day.

the “Promised Land”.

He opens his letter which is addressed to a select audience, an audience whom which he considers his equals of for they are all men of god, and pillars in their community. Firstly, he lets his audience know why he is in jail; furthermore, why he is in Birmingham. The answer he gives is simple, injustice. At one point he gives the four social steps to creating a non-violent movement. 1. The injustice must be present. 2. The need for or attempts at negotiation must be made. 3. The purification of those who will take part in the final step. 4. Action.   He continues to give responses to the allegations of being an extremist by relating his actions to extremists of the past such as Jesus and Paul, who he feels to be in fine company with. A special dissertation which takes several paragraphs’ is then relayed to his readers; it is about the churches doctrine and teachings which call for speaking out against suffering and its removal wherever it exists. He furthermore calls them to action as good men; for, he says it is their duty as men of god. Dr. King speaks of the brutalities suffered by those with him in vivid fashion dispelling any falsities’ portrayed by the media and puts the truth front and center. His call for action was evident in his own stance and of those who suffered and toiled by his side. The letter many pages long says over and over there is need for change and supports this fact with all forms of argument logos,  pathos, and ethos each driving home his intent repeatedly like a great sledge hammer.

Again I am not Dr. King. The story I tell and the voice of those who live in the world I give insight to are real alive and need this message. We must bring it forth all together again. It took a long time last time, maybe we can take less time this time.

(Yes they broke us in one summer in 1984, but we can take the Sun back..)

The oppression of our fellow America "Dispossessed" ie (Homeless to Prison to Addicts to shot in the street to Poverty and not enough food to eat, Ghetto Stuck.)

Ps My father Marched with King. I am Mixed both Black and White. I have spent my whole life being the #Bornsuspect. Not wanted accepted and often the end of racial hate by both races, so "I WILL HAVE NONE OF IT!", with a smile. The above writing Peace-Up ExodusVIII was done 4 days *Jan 22, 2015 after the police beat me close to death during a Seizure, for the 2nd time. *Jan 13 1990 My son's birthday.. Jan 23rd 1990. I thought it was that night. I was in a hurry to get home baby bag and hospital. I never made it.  I was savagely beaten over Racial matters. So I come from a Place of Peace. I never back down., well that's the soldier in me. I never stop.

THOR

Testimony, I am a X-felon. S.U.M.I.T. Boot Camp Oregon Bold Gold 15th platoon 97, Graduate of Drug Court 07, x Homeless, Graduate of College 2011, I am not a saint, but I am also not a man who has never been violent with police, yet the scars they put on me lay for my whole life. They ruined a young man, I have had my life in danger from my color. There are still people who lynch in the back ways here in Oregon, and the beatings or racial attacks on persons are never take serious by police, (I have my own personal track record of unbelievable actions #BornSuspect against me by police, Felony stops, hands, knees., and the worst part is the terror, everyday, PTSD never goes away and the 1st time I was beaten and got ill No one knew what PTSD was.) I know now and the reality of our community is we are done with all the violence and we don't care how it's down. but we are starting with the biggest issues first, deaths suffering Injustice born of hate. I pray upon the word comes forth in equal form from ALL sides,

"PEACE" "Now is the time!"

I really like to say. Poor white people even though I am mixed and called Afro/N word in Oregon; I still find myself more involved with helping who is around me. I live in a very white area. Is what it is. .05% Afro-America. I don't see color, and pretty much treat every person who comes along as best I can as a Man.

A simple but powerful thing. "To be a better man" "A dream can Change Everything.  #Justice #summer2015 #MarchOn #AllLivesMatter #BlackLivesMattter #SelmaMarchers #MyBrothersKeeper #Selma2015 #TheEyeofTHOR #PeaceUpExodusVIII

Cross Roads Services. Springfield Oregon. Racism Formless Evil

The taking of my words..
Cross Roads Services.
If anybody says the COPS are right, You know this is wrong! ‪#‎CrossRoadservices‬ "You suck in client care!" Your youth pastor making my words of shooting a Camera at police when they abused someone, into the man killing cops with a 44 magnum, and if I was such a Danger why did you bring your youth group from the Church to help? (Nice boyz, told them 13 men jail cell bible study story.) Chris you are so wrong, ‪#‎RickieJerriRainey‬ you to., and even more so; for you made the move.
INTENT, INTENT. "Chris you about the only one here that I forgave as soon as I knew."
You were supposed to help, but I was the wrong color, fear, set in, stupid racial fear.  Twice you stood by as I was assaulted and attacked racially and assaulted at two homes and by police.
"It must be okay here to do hate crimes." Okay with you<.
Just like you telling me I had whole in my brain from Meth, or a Chemical imbalance, and to sell weed to make money when I wanted to get a medical card to help with my illness, but a black man sells drugs. I have over 5 years clean. 8 in recovery.
I am NOT EVEN BLACK! I am Mixed, and from a fine upbringing, which one of you been in White House?
I don't hide what I do wrong. I am a man of Integrity, Honor, and Dignity.
You would do well to learn from that.
ps I help families , people who suffer and need help for free with my 7 years in College and 27 years experience. I never wanted a thing, but respect.

No I told you I am a Chef.
You sat and watched Dr. Batia and that weak exam and then upheld it.
This is the worst form of service. 2nd class citizen service. Enjoy the Blog.
#BornSuspect "I felt big chucks of feces rolling down my legs, I continued screaming, "Stop' "Help" my neighbors stood around me yelling at the Police, "Stop he is having seizures." The Police kept beating me."…  Jan 22 2015 after 7 assaults by Springfield, Oregon POLICE during seizure episodes and a investigation carried out by the City of Springfield, Oregon Government (110k population demo .03% Afro-American) City Manger Gino and Mayor Lundberg who I was very honored to have them take point on such a sensitive situation as the last assault which busted my face and nose leaving me at home bleeding wondering WTFrog. Sept. of the year before. I found myself chased by hate to a new home. I fall and have seizure like activity all the time, and after training for huge races after teaching myself to walk and run again after my h/c changed my life.

I am better than hate.
THIS IS ALL YOU!
Peace Up white folk. Amen
ps you want to bla bla me whatever..
I'm not afraid of beatin beaten again.
13 murder attempts and you got close to #14
I will never be the same.

.A Childs Dream, 'Respect NAACP EUGENE/SPRINGFIELD"

Local Branch NACCP Eugene/Springfield Chapter 1119

Eric,

I find myself in a moment to say, It is a hard thing, this hate. It is hard seeing someone we love treated wrong, don't matter who they are, But it hits home and there is no one, no one, in the moment that you are supposed to be "Safe". We talk about the Summer of Justice a fine thing. We talk about numbers, why can't we just pull back the covers and say what it is. Most people here, are very wary, of change, and hate has begun strong in pockets, in Police, on the streets, on Face book, it has become a breeding ground of hate as 'brothers turn against brothers', (Sound familiar?)

I am Afro-American, paper, looks so forth, sir and ladies NOT! I grew up so white, a mixed man "The only boy hanging out with some serious straight hard "Brother's M.C., and just "Good Old Boys", Gentlemen of standing in Springfield, most them white. Is what it is, a good brother, a good man it doesn't matter what color. The kids will fix that as they always do, and the moms. I have a surety of that for I have seen it, it is a social entropy state that will happen. "Kids way smarter than us, they just want to play and learn.. " so says Street Uncle THOR.

Men who have come at me with weapons taught hate, and found a man. No hate, a Biker named THOR, and I wind up being friends with them."

I am saying, "A Dream can Change Everything" (That is for the Lady; for, I to was young the 1st time, My first time having all it torn away by police violence. #BornSuspect Jan 13, 1990, again Jan 10, 2015, Stay busy, talk to who you need to, one person, but talk..)

Idea's Like Selma Movie, that Oprah Winfrey created well let's say the flood gates are open to possibilities.

You see my father Marched that day, and that day, in just a few moments, I was able to tell the world from my memory, what happened, what really is able to be accomplished when we work together.

>.. A look for us not forgetting and being able to inspire with words of ethos, of truth tested. ...

Cover, in color

#SELMA Selma Movie #SELMA50 ... front cover mission magazine 1965, Selma in Color on cover. I saw it long ago, Dad showed it to me.. My father was a Marcher, he was not there to be a safe white journalist. He went because it was right. He went not knowing if they would beat or kill him. This point is very important, because as a Marcher those 50 miles could you imagine what he felt like, Amen. shh he hates it when I tape him.. Chef John "The Ghetto Gourmet" The fact later he used his voice to tell the world, not the point, Kings Point, BUT today. NOT the point. today it is an American Point. We did this as Americans standing for our beliefs, ready to die for what is right, "For too long good men have stood idly by as ..." M. L. King https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BuwyBfE8hjA o The movie was incorrect in one part, as I recall from the picture in the front cover. The police were NOT at the END of the bridge & NIETHER were the Marchers. They were feet apart, feet apart. A picture of crossed arms, and all sorts of faiths, sisters, fathers, orthodox, Jewish, Baptist, catholic, Methodist, the white ethos of America woke and walked right to the line of fire. The pic with the men in blue shirts white and blue helmets, all the Police. It was line of people against VIOLENCE HATE, Then something happened, I don't know what but to think humanity touched that moment and the Police moved, Yes with the singing the fear the guns and dogs, the screamers. That why this is so important. Young people listen, white where there, Italians were there, Irish were there, Polish, German, Negro, AMERICA heard the call and came. My father one from a long way away not to be safe journalist, a safe White Journalist, he heard King's call chartered a plane and came.... "That's what we can do." }

(P.s I will always be standing with a bunch of poor whites mostly over here in Springfield, Oregon,or Eugene. Hope Community Child Center & Church) Oregon is where I have been 20 years, from Washington D.C... you really have a nice group of Afro-American men here, honestly. You see the smart ones want away from the violence of the big cities and want to raise their kids in Peace")
